Acupuncture? At work? Let me explain. This traditional Chinese medicine was started in China 4,200 years ago. The Chinese discovered that the acupuncture could treat pain and tension in a efficient, painless and fast way.
In fact, our nervous system is in charge of the reception, the sending and the treatment of messages coming from nerves. Start by putting your hand on your knee – don’t worry, no one will see it, thanks to the fact that it’s under the table. Close your right fist and breath deeply, while keeping your left arm relaxed. Feel the pressure rushing into your right arm. Hold you breath for a few seconds before exhaling.
If necessary, repeat this exercise with the other arm.
5. How to remove key tension points in your body
Apropros the introduction, the two easiest ways to simulate the nervous system to liberate some endorphins are massaging your hands and feet.
In this case, just massage your hand, as it is definitely more discreet. Finally, it will help you feel better and continue to work while waiting for your holidays.
You can start by massaging - in small circular motions - your hand with the thumb of the opposite hand. You can also rotate your wrist while lightly holding it with the opposite hand. Finish the exercise by squeezing each phalanx, really good if you linger on the painful points.

This exercise can be done either with heat or cold. To use heat, first warm your hands by rubbing them together like you would do on a cold day; for cold, just use a cold can of soda. Then put either your warmed hands or the cold can of soda on your close eyes and enjoy the temperature difference. Breath deeply and concentrate on inhaling and exhaling.
Then remove your hands or the cold can, but keep your eyes close for few seconds.
Put two fingers on each of your temples and massage them in a circular motion. Slowly open your eyes and... your ‘re ready to work again!
7. How to focus our energy
If you are about to present an important project which you have been working on for a long time in front of the board of managers, find a calm place for two minutes, close your eyes and try this yoga pose.
Put one foot forward, focus yourself, take a deep breath, stretch your right arm out behind you, the other one in front of you and stay in this position for few second.
Exhale deeply and punch with your left arm. The target is an imaginary object in front of you. Repeat as necessary.
8. How to get your working day off to a good start...
Start by raising your arms and stretching them as far back as they will go while stretching your legs out in front of you.
Then let your right arm dangle by your side, followed by the left, give them a shake.
Finally, while still seated, bend forward and grab your ankles, then slowly sit up.
9.Are you working in an open space? Can't focus on your
work any more? Here’s the solution.
Although isolating yourself from the noise in an open space is almost impossible, you could make them more tolerable by massaging your ears.
It will help if you can take a short rest in order to be more focused, despite the prevailing noise.
Start this exercise by closing your eyes and firmly massaging the auricle of your ears with your thumb and your index fingers.
hen move on to your ear’s lobe, also known in French as “point de la sagesse”. After repeating a few times, pinch it while pulling it down.
To finish this exercise, lay your hands flat on your ears to create the calming sound of waves - instant of happiness.
10.Are you feeling stressed and buried with work? How to find serenity again.
For this exercise stand up, find a quiet place and, as usual, close your eyes.
Then cross your arms over your chest, keep your shoulders lowered and relaxed, and simply spread your elbow while you breath deeply. Do it a few times. With this simple movement, you will be able to fell your sternum rise and your ribcage opening and create a relaxing sensation.
